Travel arrangements
The Compass Club designs, books and coordinates travel experiences. Travellers are responsible for providing accurate personal information and obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any health documentation required for their destination.
Visa and entry decisions remain entirely with the relevant authorities. Travellers should verify the accuracy of names, dates and other booking details when documents are shared with them.
Health and safety
Travel and individual activities involve inherent risks. Travellers must assess their health, mobility and comfort levels and disclose any relevant medical, dietary or accessibility requirements before booking.
We provide practical information and select experiences thoughtfully, but no journey can be guaranteed to be risk-free. Travellers remain responsible for following safety instructions issued by The Compass Club and individual service providers.
Third-party services
Accommodation, transport, guides, activities and certain other services are provided by independent third parties and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
While we select and coordinate these providers carefully, The Compass Club does not control their operations and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, delays or service failures.
Circumstances beyond our control
The Compass Club may alter, postpone or cancel part of a journey where reasonably necessary because of weather, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, public-health events, natural disasters, venue closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any additional costs, refunds or credits in such situations will depend on the terms of the relevant third-party providers and the traveller’s insurance coverage.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Compass Club shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, additional expenses or disruptions caused by independent third-party service providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Compass Club’s liability for any direct loss arising from its own services shall be limited to the fees paid directly to The Compass Club for the relevant journey. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
